Scott is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in adult and adolescent counseling for mental health and addiction issues, and maintains a private practice in Colts Neck, NJ, and practices virtually for Delaware residents.
With over 25 years of experience and as a graduate of Montclair State University specializing in counseling and human development, Scott is currently a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are stress management, anger management, relationship issues, work/life issues, and conflict resolution.
Scott is an interactive, Cognitive-Behavioral therapist. His therapeutic approach involves providing support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. He believes humor is an important component of the counseling process and uses it often, while maintaining sensitivity to his clients' concerns.
